This was a terrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, food contained a long hair and they even tried to charge extra for side dishes that are supposed to be part of the entrée as per their menu! When brought the hair to their attention, they simply apologized! It was disgusting and my friends and I were outraged! We asked to speak to the owner but nor he nor the manager was even present!

You should have menus for people to look at in your establishment as well as menus for people to take with them - especially because primarily you are a take out joint.
