This place is a scam. Do not go there. The owner Simone is a fraud. She will provide the good service the 1st time and convince you to buy her package. She offered me 10 times of massage package for $550. I agree to buy because I felt that the 1st time service was good. She lied that her computer and system was broke down that day. The credit card machine was not working and convinced me to pay buy cash. I only put half of the deposit and I told her that I will pay with credit card for the second half next time and I need the receipt. I came the second time and received the 1st service of the package I bought. After the service was done, she said that the machine wasn't working again. This lady kept lying to convince me to pay cash. After I paid the full amount of the package, she didn't provide me any service again. I called and booked appointment, then she would put me on appointment, but canceled at the last minute. She kept canceling my appointment for at least 7 times and and gave me fake excuses. This lady is a fraud and I do not know why Groupon would let the business like this stay in the platform to scam people. Beside fraud, she is also very unprofessional, she was late and didn't respect other people time. Do not go there. If you already bought the Groupon deal or this place, just request for the refund.

They redeemed my voucher and then changed my appointment time while I was on my way because they were stuck in traffic. Very unprofessional. I couldn't make a later time and also find it disrespectful and manipulative to redeem a voucher prior to use, change the appointment time, and the refuse a refund when you as the merchant are in the wrong for misjudging your timing.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! SIMONE IS A FRAUD. SHE WILL REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER WITHOUT SEEING YOU! She works out of her apartment where drigs are being sold on the first floor ! DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I LEFT WORK EARLY FOR NOTHING. She told me she was evacuated but there were people coming in and out of the apartment building.
