It says I redeemed my voucher and I didn’t. They didn’t have the class available to participate at that time.

This never went through. The link they provide you with doesn't work. It says that I redeemed them but I never got the courses.I bought two and it was a total waste of money

I purchased two different classes from this same merchant. I checked earlier this month to see if there was any time left in which these classes could be redeemed. BOTH CLASSES SHOWED AN EXPIRATION DATE OF JUNE 20, 2022, which is today's date. I slated out time to do these courses today, and upon pulling up the information, it is printed on both of the courses that they were redeemed March 7, 2022...THEY WERE NOT. That redeemed date information did not even appear on either of the courses purchased when I checked the expiration date earlier this month. So very odd and again, VERY disappointing! I certainly hope the people that I 'gifted' at the holidays with coupons/vouchers through Groupon, had a better experience than I have had. IF they had any issues at all, they certainly didn't receive a gift that I would in any way put my name on! I try to give 'experiences' and unique gifts to my adult children and their families. There are great ideas and never a lack of something different to choose from. This instance may have me using different sources... This is not directly 'GROUPONS' FAULT but, rather the person/company offering their service and/or product. If enough people write reviews directly on that business' website, Facebook or other marketing resources, there may be a better outcome. Even some type of communication, making some type of effort to offer an explanation, a similar deal or simply acknowledgment of an error.
