The tour guide himself was knowledgeable however I am giving 1 star due to the lack of organization which resulted in people pushing and cramming my family through one opening to try and get inside for warmth. Be aware that the first level indoors is for VIP. There’s no mention of that when you get there. Mind you we’re in 20 degree weather outside on a boat since there was no space indoors.

Good price, but completely misleading. Groupon listed Pier 36, but no staff or boat were there. After waiting an hour in the cold, we found out the tours actually leave from Pier 78 on weekdays. We had to pay extra to get across the city, and staff were dismissive when we explained. The listing needs to be updated to prevent this from happening to others.
