I never got the chance to redeem my 10 PDP Threads - I didn't even get a chance to speak to someone about setting up an appointment. They just marked my voucher as "redeemed" on two separate dates. I've never even spoken to anyone at the salon!! It's ridiculous - they stole my money. The place is definitely shady.
