Body Luxe by Lu Therapy, Newark

The staff were very friendly and helpful...however, the treatment I purchased was advertised as CoolSculpting, and what I got was NOT CoolSculpting. I got one of the off-brand cryolipolysis treatments which is less effective than actual CoolSculpting. Whether this is Groupon's fault or the spa's fault for deceptive advertising, I can't say. Disappointing either way, as I feel like this was likely a waste of my money for a treatment that won't work as well as the brand advertised in the listing.

I used Groupon to get my first ever fat freeze. As other reviews have stated, the establishment is clean and has a very soothing ambiance.The room is shared by yourself and up to 2 other guests who also receive whatever options they have chosen. My session lasted 30 minutes, two panels on the selected areas which was very cold at first and then warms about 8 minutes into the process. I’m excited to see if it really works and normally takes about a month to see results. Packages are available that are reasonably priced.

My experience was great. The staff was helping and friendly. I thought the establishment was beautiful done and very relaxing. I would go back again for multiple services.
