The Keratin treatment did not last long. They should use a better quality of product!

Anette did Keratin treatment on my hair a few days before. As soon as I washed my hair, my hair was the same as before treatment! My hair is still fuzzy and puffy as before. I had to spent the same amount of time to style it and it got fuzzy and puffy immediately. I contacted Anette and asked for a resolution. She said that she can't do anything to fix the issue and I should contact Groupon for a refund. VERY irresponsible reply to a BAD job that she did. I've been doing Keratin treatment for almost 10 years. I never had such a bad hair after a treatment! Anette has no respect for the time and money that her customer spent. Customer satisfaction has no meaning to her! I don't recommend Anette to anybody.

I apologize for the inconvenience I have created. Didn’t try to make you feel bad in anyway. I didn’t understood if you will wand to redo the service with same product as it didn’t work for you in the first place. This is the reason I suggested a refund from Groupon. I have always worked with passion and my main things is to ensure I can give my guests the best service value. However I take full responsibility of your experience, also will take this type of reviews to analyze if it worth it to have any business with Groupon again in the feature.
