Horrible! Owner refuses to schedule my remaining two facials out of the three. She said to work it out with Groupon as she’s out of business and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. You can’t expect to run a business with such mindset.

I wish I could give 0 stars. First they cancelled the actual appointment and asked me to reschedule it. When I went on the rescheduled time they said they don’t have an appointment. Also, once they know you have Groupon they will not treat you well since they said they get less money.

sorry you have this problem with ourservice , we didn't canceled your appointment we rescheduled within your conveniences we called you two days ahead you agreed to come in at 2pm today , then you showed up at 3pm without telling the store you be late 1 hour they still took you in yet you are here complaining 😉 you also advertised your business at our store we did our best you left happy just to get refunded you doing the complaining sorry !!!!!
