Food is not authentic indian cooking like it used to be. They have started cooking chinese style to save food waste, they cook meats separately bland without marinating with spices, then they make sauces separately for each dish and ask you what type of spice you want (hot or medium), then they add some spices to make it hot, then pour it on the meats to make a dish. This is chinese style when everything is cut and kept separately and then you add a sauce from the bottle or prepared. Indian dishes need to be marinated overnight so all the spices soak into the meats or the sauces, this is not being done anymore at Mayur anymore --sad, but this is whats happening at Mayur and 99% of all indian restaurants, a disgrace to indian foods and culture!!

food is good. service is not good even when the owner is there. we sat there for 15 min waiting with menu sitting for anyone to take orders. Our waiter who seems to be the senior waiter was irritated when we ask for description and explanation for the dishes. Menu has no explanation for these Indian dishes. And it was only 7 pm.
