Horrible customer service and experience. Spent over an hour waiting for my scheduled appointment. Technicians have a bad attitude, chip on their shoulder. Quality of work is poor. Work area cleanliness and general hygiene of employees is terribl

Made an appointment. After waiting 45 minutes and continually being told just a few minutes, I left without service. Won't go back.

I bought package of 2 no chip and pedi. The first time I went, the technician was 30 minutes late and they redeemed my groupon. The owner gave me a business card for free mani and pedi. On the 2nd visit, they didn't want to accept the card

Terrible!! DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is incredibly rude and do not even pay attention to what they are doing! They actually make a manicure painful and unpleasant. Pay a few extra dollars for a better experience elsewhere!

Didn't cut cuticles at all. Charged $5 for soak off. Pedicure and no chip manicure didn't even take an hour.

The entire experience was sketchy from the get go. Making an appt. was confusing and problematic as I was unable to understand the person on the phone. Finally an appt. was made for my daughter and I. When we arrived the shop was empty and appeared that they had just opened for the day, although it was 1pm on a saturday afternoon. We were informed that the shop was under new management and today was their first day. As the services progressed it became apparent that the two women were unsure of the procedures, did not know how to perform the services, and did not know how and where the materials were stored that were required to do the work. The work was shoddy and in fact needs to be redone as it looks like my young niece did the manicures and pedicures. When we checked out and presented our groupons we were informed that an additional $5 was charged because she had to remove my gel polish (which she seemed unsure of how to remove and the product used was not effective and frankly I'm not sure was healthy for me to soak in). My daughter did not even soak in water prior to pushing back her cuticles and as a result was cut and hurt from excessive force. During the hour and a quarter that we were there only one other person entered the shop. I strongly caution anyone who is considering services here, do not be taken in by the cheap prices. The old adage applies in this case; you get what you pay for.

I don't think the woman who did my pedicure spoke English. I asked her to cut around my big toe a little more but she ignored me or didn't understand me. She spoke to her daughter the entire time in another language. When she was done with my no-chip, she didn't put on hand lotion and rub my hands. I was the only person in the shop on a Saturday, so there was no reason not to take time with me and do it right.
