Great white Water Sports runs a great place - very friendly staff, they encourage you to have fun and relax and are safety conscious

The family that runs this is really sweet and a lot of fun. We saw dolphins up close and JEB. Communication with reservations needs a bit of a tweak, but otherwise, this was a lot of fun.

Our scheduled time was for 10:30. We showed up at 10:00 because we were told to get there early to sign forms and have our jet ski orientation. When we got there, there was no staff in sight and the door was locked and the closed sign was up. About 10:10 someone showed up and unlocked the door. We went to talk to them and they said they do not open up until 10:30. Someone needs to change the voicemail as well as their webpage. We are let in at 10:30 fill out our paperwork and are told to go down to the beach to get our life vest and jet ski, when we walk down at 10:45 there were no skis or employees in sight. About 15 minutes later the first jet ski is brought out. Horrible Experience

They are very nice and definitely willing to work with scheduling. Because of weather we didn't get out far enough to see the dolphins, but it was still a lot of fun! Our only suggestion would be the tour guide needed to communicate intentions (directions) a little better once out on the water. Otherwise, we'd definitely go again!
