Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I’m usually one to support small businesses which was my intent from the get go, but if I witnessed this place burn to the ground, I would light a cigarette from the fire... EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional staff. They say you have to mention a Groupon even before you put in your order or they don’t honor it when you go to pick it up. They hate Groupon and users!

Cleaning was the best, however I hate mystery dry cleaning. I would like to know how much I'm paying before I drop off my clothes. If I know the cost then I can decide if I want to use your services. If the counter person cannot give me a quote, hire someone who can. To make matters worse, I did not get a itemized receipt. I work hard for my cash and don't enjoy giving it up so freely! -2 *
