What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to start this brand comes from our passion for coffee. Our namesake, is derived from the real Pétrus Ky, who achieved many great things that continue to inspire other scholars like himself. Our brand pays homage to Ky, and we want our brand to promote achievement and greatness alike.

What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about what we do is the smile we're able to put on our customer's faces when they recieve a drink or a pastry that had the most special care that went into making it.
