At Release Yoga, the temperature heats up as your yoga practice does. Beginners can start their transformation in gentle basics classes, in which the studio temp is set at approximately 72 degrees. More advanced students can work through moderately paced flow classes at a warm 80 degrees or power through poses and sweat out toxins in a 93-degree room. In addition to Yoga, the studio also offers a full suite of healing practices including massage, chiropractic, and reiki.
