The winemaker, Dana Keeler must be doing something right, the wines have won over 300 national and international awards! The wine selection varies depending on production. Here are a few of the many wines they have to offer. • American Oak Chardonnay: Aged in an oak barrel, this straw-colored wine has a nose of delicate oak, the nose reveals rich butter, hints of caramel and a bright citrus note. Upon the palate, the tongue is embraced by vanilla, butter, and light caramel notes with a hint of citrus. The finish coats the mouth in butter. • Calabash White: Beautifully bright. Light Granny Smith apple and hints of tropical fruit surrender to white flowers on the nose. This light and refreshing wine seduces the palate with crisp apple and a light fruit presence. Hints of lemongrass grace the clean, almost delicate finish. • Seyval Blanc: The nose of this lovely wine is treated to floral and honeysuckle. The palate is treated to a lively sweetness that is quickly followed by a hint of mango, apricot, and grapefruit. The finish is clean and crisp with a hint of nutmeg. This is a wine very reminiscent of a Germanic styled white. It pairs well with spicy foods, Asian cuisine, and creamy cheeses. • Bella Rosa Dry Rose: This pale rose is crisp, dry, and refreshing. It exhibits lovely notes of raspberries and white flowers with a vibrant finish. The versatile rose can be enjoyed anytime and on all occasions. Pairs well with cheeses, fruits, roast pork, and poultry. • Cabernet Sauvignon: This cab is deep plum in color with ripe blackberry and spice aromas nuanced with cedar & smoke. Bold raspberry flavors are laced with licorice & black pepper notes. This wine finishes long with raspberry & dark chocolate. Pair with roasted duck with a fruit reduction. • Touriga: Earthy, with traces of vanilla, cherries, spice, and leather on the nose. This red wine awakens the palate with plums, red cherry, leather, and coffee, and pairs perfectly with lamb, game, and steak.

We had an overall nice experience. The staff were so nice. The only issue was the wines weren’t my normal taste, so we didn’t buy any.

This was a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and the wines were extremely tasty! Do not be dismayed that it is in an outside mall - the environment was warm and welcome. We loved it and will definitely go back.

Given 2 glasses and chose a place to sit. Hostess left us a tray with snack and wines. Snack was 8 oz container of gourmet cheese spread (of 4 flavors offered, they were out of 2), a small bag of RoldGold Pretzels and a pack of crackers. The "tastings" were given in tiny plastic cups, less than a few Tbs each, that we had to pour into our own glasses! Made the best of it, but don't recommend.
