What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My inspiration to open ReJoyce Salon & Spa was to have a salon where clients [could] relax in a stress-free and drama-free environment! [I want them to] be satisfied with their service and feel comfortable being here, every time they walk in our doors.

What do you love most about your job? My three favorite things that I love about my job: 1.) Education and learning new techniques to try on my clients 2.) Knowing that my clients trust me not only with their hair but also with their personal secrets! Sometimes we are part-time therapists! 3.) My clients and how they smile when [they're] done!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? "You changed my life!"
