Awesome! I left a message and he called me back, set the appt, dropped it off, paid a few extra bucks for the front windows to 35%. No fuss, just gettin business done. I’m happy with the service

In my opinion this business should discontinue its relationship with Groupon. They have zero appreciation for customers or business they acquire via Groupon. I have never felt like such an inconvenience or 2nd class customer as I did scheduling my appointment and dropping off my vehicle. I know that they don’t make as much money as non Groupon customers, but don’t discourage and frown upon it.

no one frowns upon it, but the voucher appointments do not include an expedited appointment they are drop off all day appointments as stated in the terms. the only issues generally are people that purchase the Groupon not reading what it includes or how it works, and come in thinking it includes any thing and everything and that it will take 1 hr. most the confusion is directly related

Terrible company. They redeemed my voucher, and I cancel with lots of notice due to the terrible reviews I read. I never received the service and never got a refund. Least to say, stay as far away as you can.

that’s not possible, we note the appointment with a time stamp when cancelled. If it was treated as short notice cancellation then it was cancelled
with less then 24 hrs notice. Love how people make their mistakes other peoples issues. but no chance you cancelled with 24 hrs or more notice and it was treated otherwise.
