Her work was okay but she kept complaining about people coming in with GrouponS, and I made SURE my booking mentioning I have a groupon so not really sure if she meant to insult me or it was out of ignorance. The costumer service was quite poor. She didn't even offer me water for the entire time.

Behnaz accidentally overbooked, yet she treated each of us as if we were the only client, and worked between us seemlessly. Love my cut and highlights. Will definitely go back and have recommended her to others.
