Loved it was the best feeling

We got the 90 minute appt and we were in and out in less than 75 mins. We didn’t get seen and laid on our table til 12:18 and we were checking out at 130. I mentioned that it was not 90 mins and she said it includes checking in, changing, the process, getting dressed, and checking out, which was still all well below the full 90 mins. It was just a fancy hair wash, not much massage, scalp massaging, no Pressure, my back hurts so bad from laying down, I told my lady and she laid down flat 3 towels as if that would Make a difference. I’m appalled because I’m not a complainer and make things work but I am really annoyed that we paid $200 for this.

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Sondra and Jade delivered exceptional customer service, for which I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend this establishment, particularly for those who appreciate a Japanese spa experience and haircut.

Had a great experience. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. A very needed and enjoyable! Tava was great!
