Each of them incorporates different movements including push-ups, tap backs, side-to-sides, and four corners to isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups for a full-body workout. A combination of the music, the lighting, and the energy help create a positive, rewarding, and intensive experience for each rider.

Really love the classes. But I choose to sit more since you really don’t stand so much when out side road riding and they don’t frown on it. Love the dark rides.

I love this place! The staff is awesome, the classes make me sweat and smile! The facility is beautiful, they provide everything you never thought you needed like eat plugs, hair bands and even deodorant in the bathroom

This place is awesome! The staff is so inviting and walk you through everything if you’re a 1st timer. They make you feel as if you’ve always belonged! I definitely don’t regret this purchase and glad I purchased 10 classes. On a side note the music is on point and Melanie is awesome!

Just starting cycling and this place has been awesome! Staff is so friendly and helpful and motivating! After my first class I brought more passes that day!
