Depending on who was working on a given day, The Employees didn’t know how to apply the Groupon. One time I had a big disagreement with an employee because she insisted my groupon that I recently ordered was used because the page was shaded grey and the box read “ Mark As Used”. I ended up paying cash because she refused to take it. Another time a Supervisor at the drive through told me the same thing and refuses to take it. I wasn’t going to pay again so I was trying to explain it to her. I even told her I would come inside so I wouldn’t hold up the line. I parked my car, went inside to show the Supervisor, and she told someone else to assist me. I patiently showed the other employee how to use the app to redeem my available groupon. We were successful!

The wait is always too long. The cashiers are not friendly. But I go there because I like your food.
