Family recipes and high-quality ingredients have always been at the heart of Lalo's restaurant—even when it first opened more than 30 years ago in a modest, 24-seat space. Today, with locations peppered all across Chicagoland, Lalo's continues to satisfy visitors with fresh produce, premium cuts of meat, and those same original recipes.
Much like the amount of gold at the end of a rainbow, Lalo's menu varies by location, but it's always stocked with traditional Mexican dishes. The pollo con mole poblano, for instance, captivates taste buds with tender pieces of chicken simmered in a homemade mole sauce.
