I do not recommend this place. I booked an appointment for my family member and I and when we got there they seemed unaware that we had booked. They insisted on changing the service we had booked because of their convenience. The service we paid for was for a 30 min head spa and they only serviced for 20 minutes. They barely just shampooed our hair and that was it. Then, insisted on tip. I asked for change and they insisted on keeping the full bill and ultimately kept it even though I had asked for change. It was highly unprofessional, I do not recommend this place. I felt deceived since the moment I entered the door. Hygiene was questionable.

Expensive glorified hair wash. It was ok, nothing special. I had to go to the location to make the appointment. The phone wasn’t answered when I called to make an appointment and I didn’t receive a return phone call from the message I left.
