Not worth the money if you just want your weight and a little sweating. I only paid $40 when I bought mine and the reason it was worth the experience because the machine went in detail of fat mass, muscle mass, and water weight, but la fitness and all time fitness have the same technology with a monthly membership.

Friendly people. But there is absolutely no noticeable immediate or long term results. Save your money and don’t bother with this service.

I went in for the 1st of three appointments. After being told the treatment wouldn't work for me unless I bought into their meal plan program. I paid for an hour long sales pitch. l won't be using the other 2 sessions I paid for

Pamela, we do not have a meal plan program that we sell. Perhaps this review is on the wrong page? We do offer and encourage our clients to eat a whole-food diet and avoid certain food items... and we do have available to our clients weeks upon weeks of recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists, but none of that is at a charge. Just a benefit of working with us.
