I lived in Jack London several years. And would go to the local spot Kincaids. Most times we would sit in the Bar. The food and service was always the best. We were well taken care of. However this past time I do have to admit, the steak seemed mediocre at best. The Calamari was great and the bread and drinks were good. I was told by several other people mainly from Church the food quality has gone down. May want to work on the bringing the food back up to the standard it was. Janet R.

The service was EXCELLENT! The food this time was not good. I am so sorry to say because Kincaid's is one of my favorite places!!! And I miss their seafood sampler plate!

The food is terrible bad. We order Lobster which is two small tails and not fresh. Rack of rib is four pieces of end cut which was over cook and very dry! The waitress is nice and service is good. Overall, we feel we overpaid the dinner even though we has discounted on the Groupon. If the restaurant is not willing to give discount to customers on their food, they shouldn't joined the promotion.
