OMG!! This is one of the best decisions I have made I had always been told that yoga is bad thing to do which I didn’t see why when it allows you to connect with yourself and the God that’s in you. To free up your space to allow your energy to flow through you do you can receive all the goodness that God has fir you. And Mrs Mathis is so great in explaining things to me since this is my very time doing yoga and I appreciate her and her patience with me thank you

Amazing. Dee is a true teacher. The environment is so welcoming and peaceful. True yoga - mind, body, spirit. Taking these classes has really been a breakthrough.
