Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Felt a lot like the old Soviet Union, when clerks behind the counter talk to you as if you owe them something. They call and leave a message on your voicemail that it is an “emergency” but would not specify. When you call them back at 6:08 PM, nobody picks up the phone any more. The business has no voicemail or answering service to leave a message back.

I have gotten Botox before but have NEVER bruised like I did when I got it here. I bought the 40 units It’s been almost a month and I have not seen any improvement in my lines. Very disappointing…

Do not go!! Have gotten Botox before but usually by a doctor. I have no idea who the woman was but I have black and blue marks by my eyes where she injected me. She told me I bruise easily and that was why. This NEVER happened before. Would not go there again if it was free!!
