About Gravity Yoga

Originating in Pune, India, yoga has a very storied past. Even to this day, the fundamentals of yoga have not changed. However, Lucas Rockford decided to refine the equipment that is being used to practice the art of yoga. After three years of development, Lucas Rockford created The Yoga Trapeze. Lori Capra, founder of Gravity Yoga and devout follower of The Yoga Trapeze, spends her time teaching sessions of yoga trapeze. Attendees learn how to control their body movements and breathing as well as strengthening their core muscles.

Such a unique relaxing and fun experience! Instructor makes it comfy for a first timer who may feel a touch nervous (like I did!). I would totally return + recommend to others!
