Auto Bathouse, Omaha

The people there were very friendly and helpful. My car looked great!

I had purchased 2 groupons for Auto Bath house. Gave 1 to my son, no problem. I went for for the date of 305, was the expiration day I believe. I showed them my groupon on my celll phone and the attendant said he had to get someone else to help me. He went and got a manager I guess? We talked about the groupon, i also purched the addital car cleaning for appr $21. I went back a couple of days later and was told they don't take groupon anymore by the same magr I had talk to the 1st time I was there. He advised me if I had been in for the groupon they would of put a tag on my window or door so that when I came back again they would scan the tag and wash my car. They didn't put a tag on my car and the mgr acted like he had never seen me before in life. I would leave this with a rating of 0-10 a deffinate zero. Incidently I had went to this car wash for years.

Upsold me for service to remove visible scratches. First time - not done at all apparently due to poor internal communication. Second time - couldn't remove visible scratch because it was too deep. (It was probably 'too deep' when the they sold me the extra $100 service)

There was a condition of signing up for automatic car washes when using the Groupon. I was not aware of that when purchasing the Groupon.
