Zin Room does everything right. Great food. Great service. Great music. Wonderful atmosphere. I'd recommend giving your patrons discount cards to give to their friends/family. When Crave did this we were big recruiters of business for them. Zin Room is a great spot, you just need to work to get the word out. It's unknown by many. While you don't really have a "coupon culture", you may want to explore this to get people in the door. Once they come, I think they will return.
