First time there. Poor customer service. No one ever answers phones. Delay in calls returned. I left 8 messages before i was called back. On the answering machine it states ok to use groupon up to 6mo after expiration. At my appt Victoria, ? manager, was rude and had trouble honoring my groupon as it was expired. However the 6mo extension was still valid. I was upset and victoria was Very condescending. Basically told me I had anger issues and I should learn to relax. Needless to say I was there to relax so I stayed for the service. It was very uncomfortable at this point. When the service was finished she left and I never saw her or anyone else. I had no idea where the restroom was and left
