According to OC Martial Arts & Fitness's website, adults who attend the studio's boxing and kickboxing classes are often shocked by their quick weight loss and newly toned muscles. During those classes, participants slip on gloves, work with focus pads, and pair off for partner exercises. The school's classes aren't only for adults, though—tae kwon do lessons designed for children help youngsters to develop qualities such as discipline, self-esteem, and mental focus.
