Very very disappointed in customer service. Had a vacuum lift in October, but haven't been able to schedule one since and I bought a 6 session package. Called a few times and sent multiple emails. The treatment itself was great, but followup is very very poor. Lost a very good customer.

Don't do it sis. The phone doesn't work and apparently their email either. When you schedule do not enter your redeem code, they won't approve their appointment until days later only via email so if it gets lost in your inbox well too bad you'll have your voucher reddened, or they will approve your appointment 2 hours before schedule.
Unless you can go in person to schedule and have the code redden the day of serive. DO NOT DO IT! SHEDULING IS HELL. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A CALL BC THE NUMBER DOESN'T WORK. NOT TRUSTING HONESTY. SPEND THE MONEY AND GO SOMR WHERE MORE PROFESSIONAL.

Hello Camila,
You made multiple appointments with our office, using our online booking tool, and did not show to any of your appointments. Our email, phone number, and online contact forms work. Our scheduling team reached out to you following each appointment you made and did not show up to. Your anger came from us reminding you of our booking policies and no call no shows. This review was an act of retaliation from us asking you to please be mindful of our policies, best of luck on all of your endeavors.

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied, as that is not how we would want any customer to feel. It’s odd because we haven’t received any communication from you since February, when you advised us you were coming in because you were training some place else to perform our exact services and launch your own lip business and wanted to experience the procedure you’ll be performing soon as a competitor.
