Let me start off by stating that I have been to Hienie's McCarthy's before, however I only ordered the chicken. This was the first time that I ever had the catering. I was very dissapointed. The vegetable tray was NOT at all fresh. It looked like they used very old veggies. The pasta salad was overcooked. The beef that I ordered was rotten. I had to throw it away, i was afraid to serve it. The woman at the counter was completely unprofessional and yelled at me regarding the groupon. Initially someone on the phone told me that I could use the groupon after its expiration of 11/4/11, If i spend an additional 50.00 on top of the groupn. In other words a total of $170.00. However, when I went into the establishment to place teh $170.00 dollar order, the woman at the counter said that I couldnt place an order because my groupon will have expired ! It was just a terrible experience. needless to say I just ordered what I could so as to not let the groupon expire, however the quality of the food that I did receive was terrible. I would not go back again for catering. it was embarrasing to serve to my guests.
