Every salad, hummus bowl, and pita pocket at Hubbly Bubbly Falafel Shop is customizable. That's because each dish starts with you, the diner. Guests begin by slapping on a construction hat and building their creation from the ground up with their choice of protein. It could be crispy falafel, chicken shawarma, or seasoned lamb. Then they pick from a dozen fixings, which range from pickled turnips to Spanish cheese. Things conclude with a choice of six sauces, including a house-made blend of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. The easy-to-read menu also clearly marks which items are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. Alongside these savory servings, customers also enjoy house-made by-hand hummus and mazel tots.

The Food is Fresh and Full of Flavor.... The Staff is wonderful. I can not eat hear enough. I wish it was in College Park ....

The worst Mediterranean food. Everything is vinegary, and thick with way too much spice (onion powder?). You don't know what you are tasting anymore and it instantly dehydrated me. The only thing decent was the fried cauliflower side and the cabbage "salad". The baklava tasted like they had a ton of butter and the crust tasted old.
