Totally ripped off! After I purchased this Groupon, went to set up time for phone repair, my Groupon instantly became used. I tried sending messages with no answer. DISAPPOINTED. Even tried to find based on address. Took my money with no way to set up a time to fix device.

It was difficult to organize a time for the repair, and then when I showed up at that time, the receptionist told me that she had no record of such a company renting space at the address given. I continued to contact the company, and was finally able to drop off the phone for repair. But after 1 day, the screen had a large strip across it that wasn't responsive. I wouldn't reccomend!

I purchased the repair and never recved service. The Groupon is misleading it appears as if ifixit4u is a local compny. Howvr its not I purchased the Groupon May 1, 2018. Recvd and email from ifixit4u stating that they are mobile and they need address etc. to complete the repair and to date I have not heard from them. I tried to dispute the transatn with my bank howver it was denied bc I gave perm
