I tried to contact the company via their email as instructed in the Groupon, but they did not reply, so after a week I called the number on their own website. This went straight to a message that their voice mailbox was full and not accepting messages. From there, I emailed them via their order email address and received a reply. The class was booked and we were instructed to arrive 20 minutes early.
The day of the booking, we did arrive 20 minutes early, only to wait 25 minutes before being greeted...yes, that was 5 minutes after the class was supposed to start. Then, we were lead to a recently abandoned arcade, full of discarded materials, some non-working power outlets and a scattering of tables with supplies already laid out. The situation was less than sanitary and we discarded the cupcakes after the tutorial. Aside from that, the hostess was friendly and knowledgeable, but it would have been nice to at least have been provided with a copy of the recipe she shared with us.
Disappointment is an understatement.
