Courteous, fast. Problem. They stripped a lug nut on my truck. They ordered one from parts store then told me that it would be $9 for the part. When they totalled up the bill I was charged $10 plus "fees" extra quart of oil, which I already know about because of the amount of oil that the engine holds. Total $20. I don't think that I should have to pay for a lug nut that they stripped.

I felt as if they underperformed. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. They tried to sell me a service that I refused. They told me initially that it would take 90 minutes. After I refused the up-sale for a solvent to remove oil residue they certainly rushed me out. I thought I bought more but I will make do. I have an appointment at the dealership on Monday to do servicing.
