Ruth is not one to spend time to do a good job. She worked on my hair for awhile then said, "Well, that's the best I can do." It was the firs time in years that I left a salon not pleased with my hair style.

Ruth upcharges for everything and refused to give me anything i wanted. She never asked what color i wanted my highlights to be, she refused to give me layers saying my hair was thin.....I HAVE THICK WAVY HAIR!! She refused to cut my hair in the style i wanted .. I wanted a v cut for my hair and she said no that she could give me a U shape. I paid for a style and she refused to straighten it.....

Very nice lady. The only negative was she pulled my hair too many times during the process. I had a horrible headache by the time I got home. The haircut was good. The highlights were good.
