Ontario Falconry Centre, Bowmanville

My folks tried to reschedule as a result of an illness. They were told there was no issue - and yet when they were ready to reschedule, the calls were never answered. I am VERY disappointed.

We upgraded our Groupon to Falconer of the Day and had a fantastic experience with Sam and his birds. Hawks, Falcons, Owl and Eagle where each brought out of their home and allowed to roost on a nearby tree while we stood 30 to 50 meters away holding some food for the bird. With their keen sense of vision, the birds swept down, landing on our clenched fist to claim their prize dinner. To see the birds up close, flying down or rather swooping down directly towards you, is quite a thrill. Highly recommended along with the upgrade which you can get by contacting Sam directly. Remember to bring your cameras to record this amazing experience!

the owner has a great sense of humour. We didn't get to go to the usual site (I can't remember why) but it was good.

It is hard to find it but after that it was fun and worthy .
