The tofu tacos were delicious, but they are small, so I'd recommend ordering extra. :) I enjoyed the interior-- very unique.

So good. Tacos aren't big ( they are the size real tacos should be) so don't be shy and order a bunch. There are 6 or 7 to choose from.

Go hungry. The food is incredible. Portions are appropriate sizes- so don't expect the huge portions your use to seeing in chain restaurants. Food is quality! The dessert was great too- but the Molton lava had no "lava" in it.

The restaurant only takes cash or interact. Not a problem however some would likely want to know that before they arrive there. Food is good and nice atmosphere.

Fresh, human being sized portions. Intimate warm atmosphere. Youd think ur somewhere in Spain or Latin America. Delicious food and smiling lady at the counter. Definitely would go again. Enchiladas n Tiramisu...delish!!!

Vibrant paintings by local Canadian artists speckle the orange and yellow walls of Carmen’s Veranda, gazing down on the tabletops that bear plates of eclectic international fare. These dishes, which may include chili-marinated chicken breast with ginger and orange yam mash, are, like a Gelatin mold of Rodin's The Thinker, often referred to as “edible works of arts” by customers. The menu switches items every month, and each new dish is made from fresh ingredients picked daily by local producers. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, customers can bring in their own wine, and on Wednesdays, they can devour various small plates inspired by different international cuisines.
