Very professional, they took very good care of me, explained the procedure and took their time giving me breaks whenever I asked as it was a bit painful, I'm very grateful they recommended that I use a topical numbing cream before the skin tightening, I needed to reapply during the procedure. I look forward to seeing the results as they unfold over the next months
