Once guests slide into one of the cozy leather booths or take a seat at one of the many leather chairs at Luxe, the restaurant's contemporary interior sets the mood for refined but casual cuisine. The restaurant, named one of the "top three places to go for steak" by Ottawa magazine, prides itself on executing classic menu items without distracting additions, emphasizing freshness and flavour. During dinner, appetizers kick off meals with oysters on the half shell or classic shrimp cocktails. For the main course, pan-seared scallops are plated over sunchoke purées, steak frites serves a 10-ounce strip steak alongside crispy frites with caramelized onion mayo, and house-made ground-brisket burgers are available in five styles.
