Nestle Toll House Cafe, Ottawa

My daughter and I went later one evening. The service was very good and the sandwiches and desserts exquisite. We both and each hope to go there again for either sandwich or dessert or both. A very enjoyable time.

The cookies, brownies and cookie cups were fantastic and the service was excellent. We'll be back for sure!

The Toll house in Kanata was disorganized, staff were not sure how to process the coupon. The restaurant was dirty and clearly not enough staff. They forgot about my panini that was on the press and it got burnt and so I had to choose another sandwich as they were out of the selection I had originally chosen. I had to remind staff the second time around that the sandwich was likely ready or it would have burnt again! Of course with all this going on it took much longer than it should of!
