My $80.00 groupon was for up to (4" square) laser tattoo removal. I called the spa to inquire as to the conditions of the groupon and was told the procedure would take up to 45 minutes. I wasn't told the procedure could take up to 20 treatments and each treatment after the first would be $175.00. I did go for the initial first trip that I paid for with my groupon. The first laser took about 10 minutes and only a small part of the tattoo was lasered for removal. I won't be going back for more treatments. This groupon was very misleading!!

I will not see the results of my treatment for a few weeks but as far as professionalism and overall kindness of the staff they get 5 stars. The owner had to step in on my treatment due to illness and she was very informative and considerate of my concerns and questions. I appreciate her taking the time to make sure I was taken care of.
