Michielle is a very kind person. She offered me coffee and cookies when I arrived. My appointment was for a cut and partial hi-lights. When she was finished and had me look at the results, I wasn't completely satisfied. I asked if she would be willing to cut off another 1/2 inch from the length in the back. She very graciously took the time to take off the extra half inch, afterwhich we both thought that cutting off an additional half inch would probably look even better. I am happy with my experience at Michielle's and I will go back.
