Stars & Stripes Cafe celebrates the American spirit with classic American breakfasts and lunches, red, white, and blue decor, and walls hung with flags honoring various military branches. Plus, the eatery's cooks specialize in crafting one of the country's most treasured foods, the burger. They load their beef patties up with a variety of toppings, including the housemade corned-beef hash and melty cheese found on the America burger.

This sandwich particularly delighted Hometown News's Chris Fish, who said it was "hands down the best burger I've eaten in Brevard County" and that it he was still thinking about it days later.
