The place was filthy and the employees are mostly young and walk around doing nothing! Poor quality control & management of employees! Had just purchased $90 worth of passes through groupon and then find out the Cool Beans is going out of business. It took several phone calls to the manager, Steve Levins, and several visits to the store to get my money back. Still waiting to see if groupon is refunding my money back to my credit card?

Concerns: cleanliness, all age group of kids in one room, under two had a small enclosed area, but 2 years & up we're all running around together. Only saw one employee in the room to help maintain order. There really wasn't much to do, kids were just running around. It's something to do but it wasn't in the best condition.

Midday is better when not so packed!! Go home school!!! At about 4 the older and more unruly kids show up with parents just dropping them off while they congregate in eatery:( super fun place for the kids!!!!
