Greenhouse Cafe has good food, but there are several deficiencies. Having to stand at counter and make your order is annoying. It forces you to have to decide quickly, instead of being seated and properly looking at a menu and making order when ready. Also, at the time we went, there appeared to be only 3 people working in the entire restaurant: a cashier, a waitress, and a cook. When the cashier went on her break, the waitress had to cover both the front counter and the tables. Also, menu is extremely limited: sandwiches, pasta, salads (no fries, etc.). I always wondered why this restaurant is deserted while Red Robin's across the way is always full, now I see why.
