Very friendly and knowledgeable staff but the stretch was incredibly basic and the plan is far more expensive than the therapy is worth. I'm glad I tried it but it was not enough of a therapeutic education to invest so heavily. 🙂

It was a good experience! Easy to make an appointment with a friendly person :) Found the Lincoln Road location close by next to Mayers Jewelers :) My therapist was great 👍 I never did this like this before ...they strap you down at your waist I guess so you get an even stretch :) Important to tell him or her which area you need stretching. I had the legs. I just found the strap to cut into my stomach abit, but it's doable, very professional ... he was helping me not trying to hurt me for sure ... And Ultimately the Stretch is Great! Worth it! It's a new technique & concept for me, but I liked it a lot. The therapist was trained in many leg stretches and it worked :D
